Fencing is quite expensive on the international level I am currently competing in. My competitions are mostly in Europe. One competition costs about 500€ and my equipment is not cheap either (about 2000€ ). On top of that, I have to pay memberships for several fencing clubs, the gym, the dietician and the physiotherapist. With school, fencing training and competitions I unfortunately don’t have time for a job.
For my dream to fence in the Olympic Games of 2024 in Paris to become reality, I am looking for people to support me. Nowadays, the costs of my sport are on my parents, but the way to Paris will only become more and more expensive every year.
