11 Jun The Youth Nationals
This weekend I fenced at the national championships in cadets and juniors. The outcome: one gold and one silver. Although it might sound like prodigious performance. I am not completely satisfied with the result. I had hoped for two national titles, but unfortunately lost the finale in juniors with 11-15. Anyway, I learned from my mistakes and fenced better the next day, in my own category. Moreover, I learn more from my lost matches than my victories.
